This document is a memo designed to be sent to the separate smaller governments in a New Jersey county. Its purpose is to inform them of a funding opportunity that requires them to follow specific guidelines and procedures.

I was tasked with taking over 16 pages of information and fitting as much of the most important facts and requirements into a two page memo. The format and readability would need to be aimed at a wide but specific audience, since this would be read by mayors, their assistants, and any preliminary contractors.

The project displays my ability to research and consolidate relevant information, and create concise but detailed content that gets the most efficiency out of every word.
